Our suppliers are custom manufacturers. That means parts are made to order—there isn’t off-the-shelf inventory. An exception can be a release schedule (blanket PO with scheduled drops), which many shops will accommodate.

We can run any size order, but price follows economics: smaller lots carry higher piece-price due to set-ups and material minimums. Lower volumes also incur proportionally larger lot charges (set-up, programming, inspection) which are spread over fewer parts.

As volume increases (or as the number of unique components in a program increases), we can spread those static charges and approach economic order quantities (EOQs) that give you the best total cost.

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection (FAI) are available on request.

• Scope: Dimensional reports, certificates (material/heat treat/plating), process control plans, and other required elements per your spec.
• Timing: Quoted with the part; FAI usually ships prior to production unless otherwise approved.
• Cost: May include a one-time charge for documentation/inspection time; rolled into NRE when appropriate.
• Tip: Share templates or customer-specific forms up front so we can build them into the quote.

Yes—expedites are often possible depending on material availability, outside services (heat treat, plating, grind), and current machine loading.

• Best shot: Provide print, quantity, material, and any cert/finish requirements so we can check true critical path.
• Fees: An expedite surcharge may apply to cover overtime, split-lots, or premium outside processing.
• Partial ships: We can often send an early partial to keep builds moving while the balance finishes.
